"POWER OF LEVERAGE"

If compounding is considered the eight wonder,

"POWER OF LEVERAGE" can be called as

"The ninth wonder of the world".

In simple words
If one person can complete a project in 100 days then 100 persons should be able to complete the same project in 1 day.

If I put daily efforts and earn $10, thats my daily earnings.
If there is a system which pays me commission of 10% to teach people to earn $10 a day and I teach 100 people, I get $1 as commission per person. For 100 people it is $100.
To earn the same amount with my personal effort, I would have to put ten times more effort.

If these 100 people duplicated me, their earnings too would be $100.

Now imagine if the system rewards you just 1% of the income from the people that these 100 people have further taught, how much will that be?
Lets calculate
100 people helping 100 each makes 100 x 100 = 10000 and all of them are earning $100 each.
1% of $100 is $1.
You will earn $1 from these 10000 and that is $10000. Wow!

Isn't that FANTASTIC?

Well now won't you call this "POWER OF LEVERAGE" as the Ninth wonder?

This concept was professionally brought in by Amway in 1959.

Over the years a lot of variation was tried out especially by online companies.

Notable variations are

1 Up system
2 Up system
Even Up and Odd with you.
Every 4th sale passed up to your sponsor

Some of these systems were not understood by people and rejected however all are leading to Leveraging.

There are some smart people who came out with the concept of co-operative promotion to place people under you.
